Aspecte legislative în utilizarea apelor subterane

Abstract

This paper addresses the problems of groundwater management issues legislatures. It reviews the regulations set developed during 1990‐2010. The focus is on discussing specific use issues groundwater as a drinking water source both for collectivity and for individual households. Are detailed on the criteria and size of sanitary protection zones of groundwater abstraction.
