Abstract

El presente artículo incluye las características y las particularidades del diseño de procedimientos de Auditoría de Gestión, habiendo estudiado los elementos conceptuales acerca de la auditoría de gestión y los metodológicos relacionados con la construcción de procedimientos de auditoría que permitan el análisis, medición y evaluación de las misiones de las organizaciones según se expresan en los objetivos estratégicos de las entidades por funciones principales, considerando para ello las pruebas de cumplimiento, las sustantivas y las de análisis que se aplicarían y los indicadores tipos que se calcularían para medir la economía, eficiencia y eficacia en la gestión de las organizaciones.
