Abstract

Procedimiento contable y financiero aplicable a los Consejos de la Administración Municipales y Provincial del Poder Popular en la provincia La Habana, en las unidades de registro de Tesorería de las direcciones de Finanzas y Precios Municipal y Provincial, en las unidades presupuestadas y en las empresas radicadas en los territorios con independencia del nivel de subordinación.
