Plan de acción para disminuir los incumplimientos tributarios en las personas jurídicas

Abstract

El trabajo propone un plan de acción para disminuir los incumplimientos tributarios en las Personas Jurídi-cas, sector que representa más del 90% de la Recaudación total de ingresos al Presupuesto del Estado; se exponen, además, las principales causas que originan el incremento de las determinaciones de deudas, como consecuencia del aumento de los incumplimientos tributarios, para lo cual se utilizaron diferentes métodos y técnicas como recursos de las ciencias. Concluye el trabajo investigativo con la propuesta de solución, que consiste en un plan de Acción, el que contribuirá a disminuir los incumplimientos tributarios en las Personas Jurídicas. Esta herramienta facilitará el desarrollo del proceso de perfeccionamiento en que se encuentra la Oficina Nacional de Administración Tributaria.
