Abstract

La tercera edición de la Revista Cubana de Finanzas y Precios se dedica al aniversario 91 del natalicio del Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz y es por ello la foto de portada de una visita que realizara a Birán acompañado de jóvenes que en ese momento jugaban un papel importante en la batalla de ideas que el encabezaba. El Consejo Editorial ha considerado para esta edición el aporte de profesionales de la Oficina Nacional de Administración Tributaria que fueran expuestos en XI Encuentro Internacional de Contabilidad, Auditoría y Finanzas, convocado por la Asociación Nacional de Economistas y Contadores de Cuba y los resultados de investigaciones de cuadros y trabajadores del organismo. En este número, se pone a su disposición de los lectores, un resumen de la liquidación del Presupuesto del Estado del ejercicio fiscal 2016. Se mantiene el resumen legislativo de las normas emitidas en el tercer trimestre de este año con su publicación en la Gaceta Oficial de la República. Quedamos a la espera de colaboraciones para futuros números y esperamos que este esfuerzo ayude a nuestros lectores a ampliar, profundizar y actualizar los conocimientos de los temas económicos que se abordarán.
