Abstract

Digital transformation (DT) in public sector administration has recently sparked debate, as most local government areas in remote areas have yet to fully leverage technology in their management processes, thereby affecting operational efficiency. This study examined the influence of digital transformation on the operational efficiency of Local Government Areas' administration processes in Oyo State. A descriptive survey research design was employed, targeting staff members across different administrative levels within the local government. A sample of 1000 respondents was selected using stratified random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data collected.
