Crisis of confidence: A cause or a consequence?

Author

Abstract

The financial services industry is facing the most severe crisis of confidence of its short history. Given the industry's poor track record at managing such crises, we have decided to provide some guidelines on how they can best be managed. This article looks at the problems currently facing our industry and provides a prescriptive description of how they can be solved.
