Abstract

يختص موضوع هذا البحث بدراسة ظاهرة التوسع في استخدام بيع التقسيط سواء من قطاع الأفراء او قطاع الأعمال، والتعرف على الأسباب الرئيسية التي أدت إلى التوسع في هذا البيع وانتشاره بشكل كبير وعلى نطاق واسع، وما لهذا التوسع في بيع التقسيط والإقبال المتزايد عليه من آثار اقتصادية على الأفراد بشكل خاص وعلى المجتمع بشكل عام. كمايهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الجانب التطبيق لبيع التقسيط ومدى استخدامه والتركيز عليه من قبل المصارف السعودية وعينة من أفراد المجتمع الذين يتعاملون بهذا البيع ، والسلع التي توفرها المصارف عن طريق بيع التقسيط، والشروط والضمانات التي يجب توفرها لإتمام هذا البيع، والعقبات التي قد تواجه المصرف في تطبيقه لهذا الأسلوب وغير ذلكمن المسائل المتعلقة بهذا المجال. وقد ختم هذا البحث بأهم ما أمكن التوصل إليه مننتائج وما أمكن استخلاصه من توصيات
