Sont résumés dans ce document les règles générales régissant le développement humain, économique et financier en Islam, inspirées du Qur’ān, de la vie et des traditions du Prophète Muhammad (PSSL). Ces règles jettent les fondations du développement en tant que base de la structure institutionnelle, qui à son tour constitue le socle du progrès économique et social. Les éléments essentiels de la vie d’un musulman – l’unité de la création, la liberté et la liberté de choix, le développement économique et humain, le système économique et les pratiques financières, sont également développés dans le document.
