La Finance Islamique : Ethique Et Intelligence De La Globalite

Abstract

Aujourd’hui, on s’accorde à reconnaître qu’un système économique et technique, global, a saisi le monde. Il s’agit d’un système financier, de l’économie concurrentielle de marché. Coupé du politique et de l’éthique, ce système concurrentiel de marché tend à devenir une idéologie, dans la mesure où il est organisé autour d’une logique financière de moyens et de profits. Il n’est pas organisé en termes de fins ni de valeurs. Dans le contexte de la crise financière actuelle, dans laquelle les banques traditionnelles et les marchés financiers ont montré leurs dérives et leurs excès, que peuvent nous proposer, en termes de fins et de valeurs, les trois monothéismes et, en particulier, l’Islam qui informe explicitement la finance islamique ? Quelle éthique et quelle intelligence de la globalité sont mises en œuvre très particulièrement par la finance islamique ?
