The Impact of the Entry of Spain into the EEC on the Prices of Factors of Production - Gli effetti dell’ingresso della Spagna nella Cee sui prezzi dei fattori di produzione

Abstract

L’articolo esamina i possibili effetti derivanti dall’adesione alla Cee da pane della Spagna sui costo dei lavoro sia nella penisola iberica che nei resto della Comunità. Utilizzando alcune delle teorie degli scambi internazionali che mettono in relazione commercio e prezzi dei fattori, l’autore giunge alla conclusione che il costo del lavoro in Spagna convergerà verso la media dei 10 Paesi già membri della Comunità. Tuttavia anche i mercati del lavoro nella Cee saranno in certo grado influenzati. Considerata la rigidità al ribasso, piuttosto diffusa, dei salari reali comunitari, l’ingresso della Spagna nella Cee può darsi dia origine a fenomeni di disoccupazione strutturale.
