Divulgación científica: El nuevo escenario global: tendencias y perspectivas

Abstract

La crisis financiera acaecida primero en Estados Unidos y luego exportada a Europa, principalmente a través del stress en los mercados provocados por las debilidades emergentes de las economía de Grecia, España, Irlanda y Portugal, abren el debate acerca de cuáles son los principales tópicos que en materia económica –y política- dominarán la agenda mundial en los próximos años. Agenda que refleja los desequilibrios existentes y donde nuevos actores han aparecido con peso estratégico en la arena del juego geo-estratégico a nivel internacional. Actores que no sólo desafían liderazgos sino que obligarán, en muchos casos, a discutir quiénes, dónde y cómo se toman decisiones que afectan al curso del desarrollo futuro del planeta.
