Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar la configuración del actual patrón de especialización exportadora argentino, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación documental de bibliografía especializada. Los resultados de la investigación indican que el patrón de especialización exportadora de la Argentina está en gran medida orientado hacia los commodities y las manufacturas de origen agropecuario con escaso valor agregado. Argentina no ha logrado alcanzar ventajas competitivas dinámicas a través de una inserción internacional basada en productos intensivos en conocimiento y tecnología (de media y alta tecnología), y la configuración de este patrón tiene que ver con una serie de factores históricos relacionados con las condiciones micro y macroeconómicas, cuestiones políticas, institucionales, contextos internacionales, entre otros.
