El Desempleo Juvenil en el Gran Santa Fe

Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es el de presentar un estudio de tipo descriptivo sobre el desempleo juvenil en el Gran Santa Fe. Atendiendo a que las estadísticas sobre desempleo solo reflejan el desempleo abierto, se trata de elaborar un cuadro más acabado sobre la verdadera dimensión del problema de inserción laboral de los jóvenes, mediante distintas vías de aproximación al denominado desempleo oculto, la precarización laboral y el empleo no registrado. Estos fenómenos, que caracterizan al actual mercado laboral, no afectan de manera uniforme a todos los jóvenes, razón por la cual se realiza un análisis desagregado por grupos de edad, sexo y nivel de instrucción.
