El impacto del consenso de Washington en la transformación estatal en América Latina y en Argentina

Abstract

El planteo del ensayo consiste en identificar los principales postulados surgidos del encuentro, posteriormente conocido como Consenso de Washington, que signaron la década de los noventa en casi todos los países en América Latina. Esos postulados, como consecuencia de la crisis de Estado, fiscal y de endeudamiento, contribuyeron a la modificación del perfil empresario público, donde lugar al fenómeno particular de las privatizaciones.
