Abstract

El trabajo intenta determinar un camino racional para la decisión económica de encuadre en los tributos nacionales argentinos para los pequeños contribuyentes. Ante la aparición del Régimen Simplificado para Pequeños Contribuyentes en 1998 las ventajas y desventajas de cada una de las opciones posibles se tornaron harto complejas, por lo que el presente artículo intenta desarrollar un modelo para dicha decisión. El supuesto de objetivo del comportamiento empresario que subyace al modelo es el de maximización de beneficios absolutos, aunque también se analiza el comportamiento del beneficio relativo sobre costos totales que, en opinión de los autores, resulta un parámetro a tener en cuenta en la decisión del pequeño empresario.
