Abstract

El planteo del ensayo consiste en sugerir la necesidad de conciliar los aspectos económicos e institucionales a la hora de diseñar un esquema de federalismo fiscal, lo que se refuerza con referencia al caso argentino, cuya reforma es una tarea inconclusa. Se esbozan los antecedentes teóricos, la experiencia internacional comparada y las vías de cambio percibidas para la Argentina.
