Ventajas competitivas de Uber sobre su competencia directa en el negocio de transporte privado en Guadalajara, Jal

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es revelar información sobre la empresa Uber en Guadalajara, Jal. y su incursión en el mercado de transporte privado mexicano. El método empleado es una revisión bibliográfica y análisis de bases de datos secundarios de la empresa sobre el posicionamiento de UBER en el mercado de transporte de Guadalajara como actividad previa para realizar un análisis de competencia desde un punto de vista estratégico y económico. En consecuencia, del análisis del presente trabajo, se muestran los factores determinantes que han colocado a Uber como una de las empresas líderes dentro de su área de influencia y se termina con algunas recomendaciones sobre los conflictos que presenta la firma al entrar a un mercado nuevo en localización.
