Abstract

La distribución comercial experimenta un proceso de concentración de la oferta que ha originado una estructura dual del sector minorista y pone al comercio tradicional ante la necesidad de adecuar sus formas de gestión, teniendo en cuenta que, en general, suelen tener problemas de administración, falta de conocimientos profesionales y baja competitividad. A tal efecto se ha realizado una investigación para diagnosticar las necesidades de formación del comercio minorista tradicional de la ciudad de Santa Fe, en vistas de diseñar una oferta formativa concreta que permita tender a su profesionalización y mejorar la competitividad de los comercios minoristas tradicionales.
