Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es identificar las posibles políticas de regulación de movilidad urbana de la Ciudad de Santa Fe orientadas a corregir los equilibrios intermodales descentralizados. En primer lugar, se indaga la naturaleza teórica del equilibrio descentralizado. Luego se realiza un cotejo de las implicancias de dicho equilibrio versus la alternativa, con intervención estatal. Posteriormente, se proponen acciones o políticas que las autoridades gubernamentales podrían emprender para corregirlos. En función del análisis realizado, se considera importante la implementación de políticas públicas que permitan el desarrollo de una oferta atractiva de transporte público.
