Abstract

Etkin Piyasalar Hipotezi ve Davranissal Finans, finansal literaturun karsit argumanlari savunan iki temel modelini olusturmaktadir. Bunlardan ilki yatirimcilari rasyonel olarak kabul ederken digeri ise yatirimcilari normal olarak ifade etmektedir. Etkin Piyasa Hipotezi’ne gore piyasalar bilgisel olarak daima etkindir. Hisseler en nihayetinde denge fiyatina ulasacaktir. Yasanan finansal krizler ise kisa donemli duzeltme hareketleridir. Davranissal finans, alternatif bir model olarak gelistirilmistir. Buna gore yatirimcilar farkli bilgilere farkli zamanlarda ulasmaktadir ve onlari farkli degerlendirmektedir. Yatirim kararlari psikolojik ve duygusal faktorlerden etkilenmektedir. Yatirimcilarin makine olarak gorulmesi kabul edilemez. Davranissal finans cok daha yeni bir konumdadir ve cok sayida yeni calismaya ihtiyac duymaktadir. Bununla birlikte iki teori arasindaki catisma yeni finansal krizlerin onlenmesi acisindan cok onemlidir. Yakin gelecekte teorilerin karsit olmaktan ziyade tamamlayici olarak kullanilmasi beklenmektedir.
