Abstract

The paper describes the key properties of the collaborative systems. There are presented main quality characteristics for the collaborative systems. The paper analyzes different types of indicators. They represent the base for further metrics definition. There are described the indicators most important characteristics as sensitivity, non catastrophic, non compensatory and representatives.
