Facilities And Changes In The Educational Process When Using Office365

Abstract

Microsoft Office 365 is the most appropriate set of software tools for the educational and business processes, having multiple facilities in point of email, managing agenda, contact management, videoconferences, editing, storing and sharing documents. With the transition to Office 365, it ocured not only a change in technology but also a change of the pedagogical methods by means of technology. Office 365 for Education provides the neessary support for developing the educational processes, including conducting lessons without paper, using the OneNote facility. In the present, the educational activities on the Office 365 platform contain basic facilities of the educational process, by means of the colaboration and communication between SharePoint and Lync. This Office 365 platform functions in the cloud, with permanent access, from any device, through the Internet, and all the important tools needed for managing an efficient educational process become very easy to manage and exploit.
