El Desarrollo De Sistemas De Innovación Tecnológica. Nuevas Exclusiones Para Las Mujeres

Abstract

En este artículo, se presenta el análisis en torno a los siguientes ejes: la instalación del Programa de Industrialización Fronteriza en Ciudad Juárez, la inserción de las mujeres en el mercado del trabajo productivo y, la exclusión de las mismas a los sistemas de innovación tecnológica. Estos tres ejes, los cuales se relacionan e interactúan en la (con)figuración de los espacios geográficos, socioculturales, políticos y económicos, siguen haciendo patente la histórica y continua discriminación de que somos objeto las mujeres, aun en sociedades que presentan crecimiento económico -como es el caso de Juárez-, pero que siguen (re)produciendo injusticias y desigualdades cuando acentúan dicotomías como la de producción/reproducción, público/privado, cultura/naturaleza, las cuales siguen vigentes creando segmentación y asignación de roles, que marcan la diferencia entre hombres y mujeres dentro de las sociedades.
