Abstract

El nuevo entorno y el pobre desempeño y resultado de una gran cantidad de empresas micro, pequeñas y medianas están generando una gran desaparición de empresas del mercado o los magros resultados que obtienen se traducen en desempleo de recursos humanos, naturales, tecnológicos, financieros, etc. Esto, en un marco de crisis económica, ha significado mayor inseguridad, violencia, hambre, empobrecimiento o reducción de la cadena productiva: disminución de nuevo valor agregado, disminución de los ingresos, disminución de la demanda efectiva (solvente), disminución de la producción, disminución de la inversión y en la medida en que el ciclo se repite, el tamaño del pastel (producto interno bruto) se reduce.
