Abstract

El artículo plantea la importancia de los agrupamientos de empresas como medio de desarrollo para sus participantes y de las regiones en las que se insertan. Presenta algunos elementos sobre la globalización, la regionalización y la formación de agrupamientos de empresas (clusters). También muestra algunos casos de aglomeraciones alrededor del mundo para terminar haciendo una serie de reflexiones sobre el caso de México.
