Abstract

En este artículo se analizan algunos de los resultados del Programa de Becas de Capacitación para el Trabajo (PROBECAT) aplicado en las micros y pequeñas empresas ubicadas en la Ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Estamos conscientes que la información y la muestra de negocios analizados, resultan aún insuficientes para extraer lecciones concluyentes; pero sí pretendemos llamar la atención acerca de las dificultades y deficiencias que se vienen observando en el desarrollo del mencionado programa. En virtud de lo cual, nos cuestionamos acerca de la eficacia del programa para enfrentar los problemas de empleo y capacitación en la entidad y se esbozan algunas propuestas para mejorarlo.
