Abstract

This study documents an integrated post-disaster economic recovery initiative in Lumajang, East Java, following the Mount Semeru eruption. Through multi-stakeholder collaboration, two legally recognized livestock groups were established, improving local livelihoods, market access, and sustainability. The program employed participatory planning, capacity building, and a disaster risk reduction perspective to strengthen resilience and foster independence among relocated communities in the Bumi Semeru Damai settlement.
