Il présente une synthèse des conditions dans lesquelles, bien que les prix soient libres de s'ajuster à leur valeur d'équilibre, des marchés peuvent ne pas être apurés à l'équilibre. Il met en évidence le rôle fondamental joué à cet égard par la nature des institutions marchandes. Enfin, il explore les méthodologiques de l'existence de tels équilibres. [eng] This article deals with market equilibrium and gives a synthesis of the instances in which markets do not clear at equilibrium when prices are free to adjust to their equilibrium values. The nature of market institutions plays the prominent part in carrying such equilibria. The paper finally explores the methodological outcomes of their existence.
