Les perspectives de la privatisation en U.R.S.S

    [fre] L'article analyse les perspectives de la privatisation sur grande échelle en U.R.S.S., qui constitue l'une des mesures les plus importantes dans le processus de réforme et dans la transition vers l'économie de marché. Les problèmes de la mise en œuvre de diverses techniques de privatisation sont étudiés en rapport avec leurs effets sur les processus micro et macro-économiques au sein du système économique soviétique. La « privatisation institutionnelle » et l'« approche graduelle» sont analysées plus précisément. Enfin on évalue le réalisme des objectifs de la privatisation, compte tenu des caractéristiques du mécanisme économique et de la situation actuelle de l'économie soviétique. [eng] This paper is devoted to analysis of prospects for wide-scale privatization in the U.S.S.R. as one of the most important steps in the reforming process and transition to the market economy. We first point out the tar- gets which should be achieved privatization. Possibility of of various privatization's technics discussed in close relation with influence on the micro and economic processes in the economic system. Special consideration is given to so-called "institutional privatization" and approach". Finally, we discuss feasibility of privatization's taking into account specific of Soviet economic mechanism current economic realities in the U.R.S.S
