[eng] This article proposes some elements for an interpretation of the origin and orientation of the recent changes in the Eastern countries. Those elements come from the study of historical links between socialism and planification and from the debate which took place during the thirties opposing O. Lange to FA Von Hayek about "market socialism". After a critic of O. Lange's paper (1936-37) : "On economic theory of socialism" publicated here, F.A. Van Hayek's article "Information and Society" (1945) is discussed.
