Organisation et marché

  • Olivier Favereau

[eng] Ten conceptions of organizations are reviewed and confronted with the traditional view of markets, as the only means of allocating ressources. The two most suggestive conceptions analyze organizations and markets through a common notion : inter-individual contractual relationships in one case, cognitive collective devices in the other.
