[eng] Determinants of earnings evolutions : an analysis over the 1982-1992 period. . Whereas personal and job characteristics (such as gender, age, occupation, economic activity, size and location of the establishment) usually explain about two thirds of the variance of earnings levels, they only explain a small proportion of the variance of individual evolutions of earnings.. Over the 1982-1992 period, during which wage mobility was lower than before in France, these earnings evolutions over ten years tend to correct the initial deviations from the norm. [fre] Déterminants des évolutions de salaire. Une analyse sur la période 1982-1992. .
