Abstract

[eng] Due to infrastructure projects more and more ambitious and to the inefficiency of the domestic financial system, in certain Asian emerging economies, the lack of funds is becoming a crucial problem. Although internal savings retain the principal financial resources, foreign investments are taking a growing importance.. In the coming years, two trends could be observed :. 3.A rapid development in the domestic financial markets ;. 4.A structural change in foreign financing forms, characterized by an increasing role of the private investments.
