Abstract

[eng] Three problems set by the physico-financial model . . Bernard Ullmo's article analyzes the reflexion undertaken in the last 18 months both within the administration and elsewhere, in study and research groups, to remedy the deficiencies of the Physico-Financial Model revealed by the preparatory work for the 6th Plan.. New forms of international competition, an examination of how wages and salaries are determined, and the introduction of new and more complex factors to account for the accumulation of capital and for industrial productivity — these are the three fields in ivhich improvement was sought and correction applied immediately. On the other hand, the projection of financial operations where lies another field for improvement will not be dealt with.
