Abstract

[eng] Agricultural management research has long been ruled by an approach that is both quantitative and exterior to the farm. Methods and tools, based on production theories, were conducive to the elaboration of production forecasts yielding maximum profit. The research presented hereafter is based on different economic thought developed by H. Simon on founded rationalities. This work is similar to that carried out in the industrial sector by management researched of the Ecole des Mines and the Ecole Polytechnique. The clinical methodology developed here is distinctive for the importance given to the party involved to his project and his way of thinking, and it is based above all on the physical and monetary flow experienced daily by farmers which presented here (cashflow forecasting) enables farmers to manage the funds of their farms by a simple method (usind their our terminology and may of thinking), it also enables researchers to study the causes and consequences of farming methods.
