L'évaluation : perplexité méthodologique. Le cas de l'action associative

Abstract

[fre] L'évaluation n'a de sens que dans le cadre d'un projet. Elle est tributaire de son objet. Après avoir présenté les conséquences méthodologiques de cette proposition, les auteurs présentent quelques observations sur la culture de l'évaluation à partir d'une recherche portant sur des associations locales intervenant dans le développement rural (1). [eng] The evaluation is meaningfull only referred to a programm. It depends on its object. First the authors draw the methodological consequences of that proposal. Then they present some observations on the culture of evaluation based on the findings of a research on local associations dealing with rural development.
