Les cités rurales : consensus et équité dans l'espace public local

Abstract

[eng] This contribution studies some forms of civil agreement in rural areas. These forms are linked to local public spaces or, as we call them, rural Cities. Rural Cities take place in republican institutions but they are mainly interested in local questions and use rather personal and consensual methods of conflict resolution. [fre] Cet article étudie quelques formes de maintien de l'union malgré les désaccords qu'on peut observer dans les zones rurales. Ces formes sont liées à l'existence d'espaces publics locaux, qu'on peut aussi appeler Cités rurales. Les Cités rurales se logent dans les institutions républicaines, mais s'en différencient par le caractère local des questions traitées et par les méthodes personnelles et consensuelles de résolution des conflits.
