Abstract

[eng] The few technical changes we studied show about peaseant working conditions a common evolution. It is well known that physical workload has hardly regressed. But static physic work and more precisely postural pains has increased. Frequently, a cohort of nuisances : noise, vibrations, toxics, symbolise mécanisation. Technical changes definite a new organisation of work. Population at work is restricted and recombine. The selected worker must follow new rythmes in an other temporal frame. His specialisation lead him to get specific powers : information management, planning, coordination. New technics display a large part usually unknown, of operators knowledges. More basically may be, they behave towards agricultural work, as showing its mental side.
