Abstract

[eng] The notaries can be considered as the best observers of land market evolution. A rural notary notes that the buyers' disaffection is due not only to the low level of farm rents which, however, is one of the causes of the market slump, but also to the collapse of the agricultural income, which obliges the farmers to be selective about their purchases. This trend induces a spreading of waste land on the territory and poses a problem of country planning which, in the author's opinion, is a problem of society.
