Abstract

[fre] Reine Michaud, formatrice à INTER-AFOCG (Association Nationale de formation collective à la gestion qui regroupe 20 associations départementales), nous livre ses réflexions fondées sur l'expérience du fonctionnement de services de gestion aux agriculteurs depuis les années 60. Si la tendance actuelle est à la revendication d'une autonomie de la gestion des exploitations agricoles, elle met en garde les agriculteurs du long chemin qui reste à parcourir pour donner son plein sens à cette expression. [eng] The author, training-agent at Inter-AFOG (which is a National association devoted to collective training in the field of farm management, gathering 20 departmental association), provides us with some considerations based on her 25 years experience about management advising to farmers. While the present trend is to claim self-sufficiency in farm management, she draws the farmer's attention to the long way to run before making this expression meaningful.
