Abstract

[eng] Further education of farming workers - The evaluation admitted for workers is more the result of social and economical state than the result of acknowledgement of their own abilities. What are the conditions required to modify this state of things? [fre] La qualification reconnue aux salariés est plus le produit d'un état d'équilibre économique et social que le résultat de la prise en compte effective de leurs capacités. A quelles conditions la formation peut-elle contribuer à modifier cet état de fait ?
