Abstract

[fre] L'étude compare la rentabilité de productions de taurillons et de bœufs, à partir de modèles issus d'une expérimentation. Les principaux déterminants de cette rentabilité sont discutés. [eng] A cost and return comparison of bulls and steers productions - An experiment has been carried out in order to compare productions of young bulls and steers. Then, investigations were done to determine the costs and returns of each production. In France, the production of young bulls appears to be more profitable than steers one.
