Abstract

[fre] L'auteur se propose d'appliquer la méthode des comptes de surplus au compte de trésorerie global de l'agriculture pour appréhender synthétiquement comment s'est transformée la structure des dépenses du secteur agricole entre 1960 et 1975. Il montre notamment dans quelles conditions ont pu se réaliser l'accumulation de moyens de production dans l'agriculture et l'augmentation de la rémunération de la force de travail des producteurs agricoles. Il fait également apparaître très nettement les effets des fluctuations économiques globales sur la situation de l'agriculture. [eng] The author applies the method of « surplus accounts » to the aggregate cash account of agriculture in order to apprehend synthetically the transformation of the expense structure in the agricultural sector between 1 960 and 1 975. In particular, the conditions of production factor accumulation in the farm sector and the compensation of the labour force in this sector are considered. The impact of overall economic fluctuations on the situation of agriculture are also clearly outlined.
