Abstract

[fre] Méthode d'élaboration de stratégie de développement agricole et rural à long terme, ayant pour objectif la satisfaction des besoins essentiels de la population sur une base nationale. Scénarios d'évolutions possibles des relations entre les ressources naturelles, les techniques agricoles et l'organisation sociale. Application à certains pays en développement, en situation alimentaire précaire et aux ressources naturelles limitées (zones semi-arides). [eng] A methodology for building long term agricultural and rural development strategies aiming at covering the basic needs of the population from a national basis. Scenarii of possible development of the relationships between natural resources, agricultural techniques and social organization. Implementation in some developing countries, with a precarious food situation and scarce natural resources (semi-arid zones).
