Abstract

[eng] Individual analysis of farms through two successive censuses shows that they follow various development (or regression) paths. The individual reproduction processes may be hidden by examination of averages. They show unexpected mobility and lead to a more dynamic approach to the study of social reproduction in agriculture. [fre] Le raccordement d'enquêtes successives permet de discerner, au sein du procès global de reproduction rétrécie des exploitations agricoles, des trajectoires individuelles. Celles-ci témoignent d'une mobilité peu connue dont la prise en compte conduit à envisager en termes de dynamique la problématique de la reproduction sociale en agriculture.
