[eng] Summary : An analysis of the cultural features typical of handicraft workers. The increase of this type of population in small villages is mostly an urban phenomenon which has given rise to a strong clash of cultures. We are confronted with two cultures which contrast with each other because the values they believe in are often antagonistic. But handicraft workers play a part in maintaining some of the values typical of the rural world. The handicraft workers themselves have a strongly characterized way of living. [fre] L'apparition en milieu rural d'artisans de création est un phénomène massivement urbain qui provoque une situation de choc culturel. Deux cultures s'opposent. Mais les artisans de création contribuent d'une certaine manière à assurer la survie de certaines valeurs de l'univers rural. Quant aux artisans de création eux-mêmes, ils se caractérisent par un mode de vie très individualisé. Malgré cela, ils n'en ont pas moins des trajectoires personnelles et des modes à l'identité fort semblable.
