Abstract

[fre] Le fait que la valeur ne se situe pas au même stade de la filière viti-vinicole selon que le produit est plus ou moins personnalisé par l'origine, est source de conflits pour son appropriation par les divers opérateurs. L'étude approfondie des politiques financières et commerciales menées par les 150 premières sociétés de négoce de vin au cours de la période 1973-1978 a permis de révéler la perte du pouvoir fondamental que détenait le négoce au sein de la filière par suite de conflits intensifiés depuis 1973. [eng] Along the grape-wine marketing and processing channels, value creation takes places at different levels according to the influence its origin has on the final product. This is a cause of conflict between market operators. A study was made of the marketing and financial policies of the largest 150 wine trading firms for the 1973-78 period. It showed that intensified conflicts had led to a loss of the great power those firms used to hold.
