Abstract

[fre] La Coopération a une place déterminante à prendre dans le développement. . Tout eu presque, a été dit sur son rôle théorique. Deux exemples concrets de développement possible, déjà réalisé en certaines régions, permettent de tirer des conclusions sur la méthode, ou les méthodes, permettant d'accélérer l'évolution. . Illustrant la place privilégiée que peut prendre la Coopération dans le développement, ces exemples portent sur deux productions bien différentes : l'une, essentielle, la production de la viande, intéresse tous les départements français et est étroitement liée à celle du lait. L'autre est très secondaire et localisée : l'olive de table. . Dans ces deux cas, la Coopération a été l'animateur déterminant de l'évolution.
