Abstract

[fre] Modifiant le volume de l'offre, le stockage et le déstockage de produits agricoles peuvent exercer un rôle stabilisateur bénéfique sur les prix à la production. Il ne s'agit toutefois là que de l'une des fonctions, même si elle est des plus importantes, des stocks de produits agricoles, et sans doute de l'un de ses modes d'action sur les cours. . L'auteur examine dans une première partie les problèmes d'identification, de classement et de connaissance des stocks de produits agricoles. Dans une seconde partie il présente une théorie explicative de l'influence du volume des stocks sur les cours faisant appel au comportement psychologique des individus. [eng] Farm product stocks - One of the most important functions of farm product stocks is to check production prices. . The author first examines the problems of identification, classification and knowledge of those stocks and then presents a theory which explains the influence of the volume of stock on the vrices through the psychological behaviour of the individuals.
